Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Scheduler to lead and maintain integrated EPC project schedules from preconstruction through execution. The role is remote with periodic travel to job sites across the South Central and Midwest regions, and requires working closely with engineering, procurement, field teams and schedulers to ensure CPM-compliant plans.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of scheduling experience in an EPC environment, strong proficiency with P6, and solid English

Qualifications

• Engineering, Construction Management, or Architectural degree, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years construction scheduling experience.
• Prior Scheduling experience in an EPC environment is required.
• High proficiency and experience using P6 Software required.
• Strong ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
• Thorough knowledge of construction methods and processes.
• Solid understanding of CPM scheduling.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to travel to jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor assigned schedulers.
• Contribute to training curriculum development for schedule management.
• Participate in company onboarding to align with project controls objectives.
• Develop and maintain EPC project schedules using P6 software.
• Analyze project documents to form the basis of EPC schedules.
• Perform quantity take-offs to establish realistic durations.
• Consult with internal teams for feedback.
• Attend project meetings to gather updates and address issues.
• Update schedules bi-monthly with actuals and critical path focus.
• Propose corrective actions and communicate updates to teams.
