Jacobs is seeking a Senior Project Procurement Manager (PPM) for Advanced Manufacturing to lead purchasing, subcontracting, expediting and supplier quality on mega projects. You will guide procurement strategy, manage teams, and align with project goals across our AM portfolio.

Qualifications

• 18+ years in engineering and/or capital construction purchasing.
• Proficient MS Office and advanced Excel.
• Experience leading procurement teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead procurement planning and SMEP development.
• Manage teams of buyers and expeditors.
• Oversee purchasing and subcontracting for megaprojects.
• Coordinate bid processes and supplier negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and change orders.
