Jacobs is hiring a Senior Project Procurement Manager (PPM) for Advanced Manufacturing. You will lead purchasing, subcontracting, expediting and supplier quality surveillance on mega projects and high-importance initiatives, reporting to AM’s Director of Supply Management and collaborating with project leadership.

Ideal candidates bring 18+ years in procurement for engineering/construction, strong MS Office skills, and proven leadership to drive complex procurement programs in a fast-paced

Qualifikationen

• 18+ years of experience in engineering and/or capital construction purchasing, contracting, expediting, supplier quality management and material management
• Experience using MS Office tools, including intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
• A drive to solve complex and challenging problems
• A desire to manage a team of procurement professionals through demonstrated inspirational leadership.

Aufgaben

• As Project Procurement Lead, perform upfront procurement planning (SMEP, strategies, templates)
• Manage teams of buyers, expeditors, and subcontract administrators
• Lead procurement efforts on mega projects and high-importance projects
• Oversee purchase orders, subcontracts, and change orders to meet project objectives
• Evaluate bids, negotiate source selections, and manage supplier relationships
• Coordinate with project and departmental personnel on purchasing and subcontracting activities
