Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior Project Procurement Manager for Advanced Manufacturing to lead procurement, expediting, subcontracting, and supplier quality on mega projects. This project-based role is on-site in the United States and requires extensive experience in engineering and capital construction purchasing.

You will manage teams of procurement professionals, drive SMEP and strategy development, and coordinate with project managers to deliver critical outcomes with strong supplier

Qualifications

• 18+ years of experience in engineering and/or capital construction purchasing, contracting, expediting, supplier quality management and material management.
• Experience with MS Excel (intermediate to advanced).
• Ability to lead procurement teams and manage complex projects.
• Strong problem solving and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead upfront procurement planning and SMEP development.
• Manage teams of buyers, expeditors, and subcontract admins.
• Oversee purchasing, subcontracting, and supplier relations on mega projects.
• Develop bid lists, RFQs, and evaluate bids.
• Ensure compliance with POs and subcontract terms.
• Coordinate with project management and supply chain teams.
