Zusammenfassung

Jacobs is seeking a Senior Project Procurement Manager (PPM) for Advanced Manufacturing to lead procurement on mega projects. You will plan, coordinate, and execute purchasing, subcontracting, expediting, and supplier quality activities, guiding teams and ensuring compliance with contract terms.

You will bring deep expertise in procurement, and manage complex supplier relationships on projects with high strategic importance, while reporting to AM Supply Management leadership.

Qualifikationen

• 18+ years of experience in engineering and/or capital construction purchasing, contracting, expediting, supplier quality management and material management.
• Drive to solve complex and challenging problems.
• Desire to manage a team of procurement professionals through demonstrated leadership.

Aufgaben

• Lead upfront procurement planning: SMEP, purchasing/subcontract strategies, templates and tools.
• Manage teams of buyers, expeditors, subcontract admins; guide interfaces with management.
• Maximize efficiency of procurement efforts through critical thinking and problem solving.
• Oversee major purchases of long lead equipment and high-risk materials.
• Oversee subcontracting for professional/technical services on large projects.
• Administer POs, subcontract changes, and supplier documentation.
• Perform bid evaluations and source selections; negotiate POs/subcontracts.
