Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a major workstream in a large enterprise-wide transformation. You will partner with business, IT, and vendors to plan, coordinate, and deliver the workstream with on-time, high-quality results.

You will manage detailed plans, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications while ensuring alignment with program objectives and governance across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of program or project management experience, including leadership of complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience leading a major workstream within a large enterprise-wide transformation or ERP program.
• Strong planning, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience working across business and technology teams in a matrixed environment.
• Deep expertise in large-scale program budget management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complexity, drive execution, and influence without direct authority.
• Strong written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead an assigned workstream within a broad transformation program.
• Own day-to-day planning, coordination, execution oversight, and delivery tracking.
• Ensure objectives, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies are defined and managed.
• Drive accountability across team members and stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
• Develop detailed workstream plans, timelines, and action logs.
• Coordinate activities across business, IT, functional teams, and partners.
• Monitor progress and identify risks, issues, and delivery gaps; resolve blockers.
• Escalate critical risks and decisions with recommended actions.
• Prepare regular status updates and governance reporting.
• Maintain artifacts and ensure alignment with program standards.
