Job summary

Cencora in the United States is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a major workstream within a large enterprise-wide transformation program. You will report to the Sr.

Director/Program Lead and oversee planning, delivery, and coordination across business, IT, and implementation partners. The role requires strong leadership, governance, and the ability to manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations in a complex environment, ensuring on-time, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience leading a major workstream within large transformations.
• Strong planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and deliverables.
• Experience with ERP or enterprise transformations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead an assigned workstream within the broader enterprise-wide transformation program.
• Own day-to-day planning, coordination, execution oversight, and delivery tracking for the workstream.
• Identify, track, and manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies; escalate as needed.
• Prepare regular status updates and governance documentation for stakeholders.
• Partner with vendors and cross-functional teams to align on scope and timelines.
