This role involves performing and directing complex designs for HVAC systems, mentoring staff, and participating in design quality assurance processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of related experience.
• Current Professional Engineer (PE) license in the United States.
• LEED accreditation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of life safety codes.
• Ability to serve in QA/QC process.

Responsibilities

• Perform and direct complex design of HVAC systems for large-scale buildings.
• Interface effectively with clients and design team members.
• Oversee, guide, and mentor less experienced staff.
• Prepare Revit/BIM models from schematic to construction phases.
• Conduct site visits to verify existing conditions and observe construction progress.
