Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams within the Transportation Business Group. You will drive projects from development through close-out, coordinating scope, schedule and budget while ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field with 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in project management. Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools is required; DC Metro area experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams from development to close-out.

• Establish and maintain client relations and participate in meetings.
• Coordinate staffing, deliverables, and quality assurance.
• Monitor financials and ensure on-time project completion.
