Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Project Manager in Vienna, VA to direct multi-discipline teams through the project lifecycle, from development to close-out.

You will develop budgets, schedules, staffing plans, and invoices; coordinate deliverables and track financials while keeping clients informed and engaged.

Preferred candidates hold a Master's degree, a PE license, and experience with VDOT, DDOT, or MDOT projects; strong leadership and HDR's employee-owned culture are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 7 years related experience.
• At least 2 years project management experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• MS Office and MS Project experience required.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate work of multi-discipline teams through the project's lifecycle.
• Develop project budgets, schedules, staffing plans, and invoices.
• Produce and coordinate several small to medium projects concurrently.
• Establish and maintain client relations and participate in meetings.
• Coordinate staffing and workload through the project life cycle and ensure on-time deliverables.
• Track financial aspects and manage budget and schedule within constraints.
