Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Manager of Change Management within our Outsourced Services practice in Baton Rouge. You will lead multiple change workstreams, embed change management into transformation lifecycles, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across complex initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience leading change management, technology-enabled transformation, or related advisory services.
Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams and owning change outcomes across multi-workstream projects.

Responsibilities

Lead change management workstreams for complex outsourced services engagements and transformations.
Develop and execute integrated change strategies linking engagement, leadership, communications, readiness, training, and adoption.
Advise senior leaders on organizational, operational, and workforce impacts of transformation decisions.
