EisnerAmper is seeking a Manager of Change Management within our Outsourced Services practice in Baton Rouge. You will lead the people and adoption strategy for complex client-focused initiatives, embedding change management across the transformation lifecycle.

You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, manage multiple workstreams, and strengthen transformation delivery across Outsourced Services. The role emphasizes governance, readiness, and measurable adoption outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years leading change management, technology-enabled transformation, or related advisory services.
• Minimum 5 years leading teams and owning change outcomes across multi-workstream projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead change management workstreams supporting complex outsourced services engagements and transformations.
• Develop and execute integrated change strategies covering engagement, leadership alignment, communications, readiness, training, adoption and benefits realization.
• Advise senior leaders on organizational, operational, and workforce impacts and actions needed for adoption.
• Conduct impact, readiness, and adoption-risk assessments to identify affected groups and interventions.
• Embed change activities into charters, roadmaps, governance, and implementation plans from the outset.
• Build stakeholder strategies with executive sponsors and cross-functional leaders with clear accountability for adoption.
• Translate future-state designs into practical communications, tools, and learning experiences.
• Define measurable outcomes and provide transparent reporting to leadership.
• Identify resistance and risks early and partner on mitigation and accountability actions.
• Guide clients and internal teams through transitions to new processes, data practices, and operating models.
• Establish quality standards and integrate change deliverables with transformation outcomes.

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Master’s degree preferred
