TrueNet Communications seeks a Senior Project Manager to provide leadership and manage the financial and operational aspects of multiple programs. You will lead a cross-functional team to deliver on time, within budget, with quality results.

Responsibilities include defining scope, developing plans, budgeting, monitoring progress, and guiding team members. Travel up to 25% and a strong background in telecom projects preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience in project management.
• Experience managing large programs with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree required; combination of education and experience may substitute.
• Experience with MSO/Telecom or related industry preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple programs/projects with large scope and cross-functional impact.
• Collaborate with customers to understand strategic intent and align team.
• Develop project scope, plans, and master timelines.
• Define technical approach and manage SDLC with team.
• Monitor progress, budget, and risk; drive on-time delivery.
• Recruit, train, and manage team performance.
• Provide guidance and resolve major project issues.
• Prepare status reports and ensure quality deliverables.
