Job summary

Leader Communications is seeking a Telecommunications Project Manager/Supervisor to provide project management, technical leadership, QA, and strategic guidance for government contracts. You must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S.

Government security clearance. Responsibilities include supervising on-site staff, coordinating workloads, acting as COR liaison, tracking trouble tickets, and evaluating telecom systems for upgrades.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in project management or managerial roles.
• High school diploma plus 3 AutoCAD credit hours.
• Ten years as a telecommunications technician with at least 5 years PM/management experience.
• BICSI training including RCDD certification.
• Two years of experience using Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with Government logistics and operations.
• Manage daily operations, coordinate workloads, and supervise on-site staff.
• Act as primary contact for COR.
• Track trouble tickets, administer the contract, and manage government equipment.
• Evaluate telecom systems and coordinate upgrade proposals.
