Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of telecom or utility construction PM experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field; diploma or technical training accepted.
• Strong understanding of telecom construction methods, permitting processes, and codes (NESC, NEC).
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and communicate with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Champion and uphold Ledcor’s safety-first culture on telecom construction sites.
• Lead planning and execution of large-scale telecom projects (fiber, small cell, wireless towers).
• Manage risk, permitting, and client communications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and pursue new telecom project opportunities.
• Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation using industry-standard tools.
• Implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Negotiate contract execution and change order management.
• Help establish and manage project systems, including cost tracking, reporting, and documentation.
