Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• 4–7 years of experience managing direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Track project health and performance using KPIs, delivering timely reports to management and stakeholders.
• Define and monitor critical path milestones, risk data points, schedule variances, and material forecasts to keep projects on time and within budget.
• Lead stakeholder communications and ensure contract compliance across the project life cycle.
