Job summary

TrueNet Communications is seeking a Construction Manager to plan, coordinate and supervise telecom construction projects, including fiber, wireless and HFC networks. You will work with project managers and subcontractors to design routes, estimate costs and ensure timely delivery across multiple sites.

The role requires strong leadership, field engineering experience and the ability to travel up to 85% to support customers and field teams nationwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CATV/Telecom OSP design and construction.
• Experience with node splits, plant extensions and building entrances.
• Proficient with Windows and MS Office applications.
• Ability to travel 80-85% and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, oversee and inspect telecom construction projects.
• Perform field engineering and collaborate with network drafters/designers.
• Coordinate access, ROW agreements and permitting activities.
• Oversee in-house and subcontractor crews and manage costs.
• Ensure compliance with customer standards and budgets.
