Job summary

Network Connex seeks a Senior Construction Manager to lead telecom infrastructure projects, supervise in-house and subcontract crews, and drive on-site execution. You will ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence while coordinating with Project Managers and customers.

Responsibilities include tracking progress, preparing reports, managing costs, and closing out projects per standards. Field focus (80%) with some office work; travel and drug screening required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading telecom construction projects and teams.
• Ability to read and interpret customer prints and specs.
• Strong written and oral communication; stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall project execution: scope, cost, safety, quality, schedule, customer satisfaction.
• Prepare status reports and maintain project trackers; ensure adherence to specifications.
• Close out projects within budget and timeframes; review documentation before submission.
• Track change orders and coordinate material delivery; schedule construction.
• Manage financial progress in the company systems; perform site walks for bids.
• Lead safety audits, weekly toolbox talks, and continuous improvement.
