Job summary

Circet USA is seeking a Program Manager – Telecom Assembly & Installation to lead large-scale, multi-phase programs across engineering, operations, QA/QC, and supply chain. You will ensure alignment with customer requirements, manage risks, and drive on-schedule delivery of telecom infrastructure installations.

The role requires a strong technical background in telecom systems, experience with complex digital build-outs, and the ability to deliver across multiple teams while maintaining safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical discipline preferred; PMP or PgMP certification a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years in technical program management, preferably within telecom infrastructure, network deployment, or complex electromechanical systems.
• Familiarity with telecom industry protocols (e.g., NEBS, GR-1089) and experience reading complex schematics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of complex telecom assembly and installation programs across multiple teams.
• Coordinate shop floor execution and field installation schedules to meet aggressive delivery timelines.
• Define KPIs and track program health through dashboards and weekly reporting.
