Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Project Manager 2 for Advanced Facilities, focusing on large Industrial & Manufacturing, Data Center and Semiconductor projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 7+ years construction management experience.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of the company’s safety culture and creates awareness by demonstrating commitment to an injury-free environment.
• Manages prestart checklist form and subcontractor processes.
• Supports preconstruction activities including quantity takeoff, trade coordination and scope development.
• Leads buyout schedule, pricing verification and subcontract management.
• Manages submittal schedule and ensures timely submittals to architects/engineers.
• Coordinates with risk management for approvals and bonding requirements.
• Interacts with stakeholders including subcontractors, owner, field, design team, vendors.
• Prepares change requests and facilitates approvals.
• Develops project schedule with Lean principles and manages resources to meet timelines.
• Provides regular reporting on project status and profitability.
• Leads project closeout using best-practice processes.
