Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a Project Manager within our Advanced Facilities Group to lead complex Industrial & Manufacturing, Data Center and Semiconductor projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will coordinate with subs, clients, design teams and vendors to drive schedule, cost control and quality.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of construction management experience, with proficiency in Lean principles and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field is required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years construction management experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture and ensures injury-free environment.
• Manages prestart process and buyout scheduling.
• Coordinates submittals, pricing, and change requests with stakeholders.
• Leads monthly project reviews and closeout processes.
• Develops and maintains project schedule and budget, ensuring profitability.
