Job summary

JLL is seeking a Secure Environments Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex construction and corporate real estate projects within secured environments. You will manage projects from planning to closeout, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders while driving operational excellence and risk management.

You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, drive budgets, schedules, and cost reporting, and ensure adherence to secured environment standards such as ICD-705 and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project management delivery across secured environment construction projects from planning through completion.
• Develop budgets, cash flow forecasts, cost reports, and schedules while driving cost savings and value engineering.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams to meet milestones and quality standards.
• Provide oversight on design development, construction documentation, permitting, and scheduling activities.
• Monitor risks and compliance with ICD-705 and TEMPEST standards; manage liabilities.
• Build client relationships through regular communications and status reporting.
• Analyze KPIs and operational data to improve delivery performance and establish best practices.
• Support business development by cultivating industry relationships and identifying opportunities.
