Job summary

JLL is hiring a Secured Environments Senior Project Manager to lead multiple ground-up and corporate interior projects in a hybrid work model across several U.S. locations, including Jacksonville, FL.

You will oversee budgeting, scheduling, design development and contractor management, while ensuring ICD-705/TEMPEST compliance and strong client relationships. Strong financial acumen and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is strongly preferred.
• 7–10 years in construction project management with secured environments.
• Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to read design/construction documents and leases.
• Hybrid work model; travel US/Canada as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage secured environment projects and ICD-705/TEMPEST compliance.
• Develop capital plans, budgets, and cost/benefit analyses.
• Lead multi-project delivery with consultants, vendors and clients.
• Monitor KPI data, financials, and cash flow reporting.
• Maintain client relationships through regular communications.
• Ensure on-site performance and risk management.
