Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the Secure Environments team in the Baltimore area. This role leads end-to-end project management on assigned accounts, coordinating budgets, schedules and risk management with clients and vendors.

You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive cost efficiency with value engineering, while maintaining strong client partnerships and project performance. Hybrid work may be required.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of practical experience in construction project management preferred.
• 3-5 years working with secured environment projects meeting ICD-705 / TEMPEST requirements.
• Experience leading and running numerous projects simultaneously.
• Ability to develop and cultivate business relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for overall project management delivery on account.
• Support Client with Capital Plan development & project scope.
• Develop project budget including hard and soft costs and firm knowledge of construction cost/benefit analysis.
• Be an active leader in cost saves/avoidance and have the ability to perform negotiations and value engineering.
• Ability to mine, create, track, and monitor meaningful data Metrics, analysis and track KPIs.
• Provide technical support; project budgeting and scheduling including Client's goals and objectives, site improvements, entitlements and permits; consultant selection; design team management; schedule creation and management; contractor selection and management; financial management including cash flows and monthly reports.
• Assemble and manage required teams of consultants and contractors.
• Maintain client relationships and manage conflict resolution.
• Provide appropriate level of on-site supervision to ensure project performance criteria are met.
• Develop relationships with consultants, contractors and vendors - evaluate their performance, and provide intelligent bid leveling.
• Identify and address areas of concern regarding potential liabilities and risk, including understanding risk and compliance related to construction; manage JLL playbook and work with client on risk management and mitigation.
• Establish and refinement of best practices of standards of excellence.
• Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all PDS technology as required for assigned projects.
• Experience in space planning, programming, schematic design, design development, construction documentation phases with client teams.
• Ensure accurate management of all accounts receivables to maintain a level not to exceed planned working capital charge as set by corporate finance.
• Comply with all JLL policies and procedures.
