Job summary

JLL is seeking a Secured Environments Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple high–complexity projects in a secure environment. You will drive capital planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management while partnering with consultants, contractors, and clients to meet TEMPEST and ICD-705 standards.

You will manage on-site supervision, control cash flows, and deliver value engineering initiatives across ground-up development and corporate interiors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or construction management or related field is strongly preferred.
• 7–10 years of practical construction project management experience.
• 3–5 years working with secured environment projects meeting ICD-705/TEMPEST requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop capital plans and define project scope aligned with client goals.
• Create detailed budgets including hard and soft costs and perform value engineering.
• Provide budgeting, scheduling, site improvements, entitlements, and permits support.
• Assemble and lead consultant/contractor teams and evaluate performance.
• Track KPIs to drive project success and cost savings.
• Maintain client relationships through regular communications and conflict resolution.
• Oversee on-site supervision and manage cash flows and monthly reporting.
• Lead multiple secured environment ground-up and interior projects in adherence to ICD-705/TEMPEST.
• Identify risk areas and apply JLL playbook for mitigation.
• Demonstrate proficiency in space planning, design development, and construction docs.
• Share best practices across teams and clients to elevate standards.
• Ensure proper accounts receivable management in line with corporate finance.
