Job summary

JLL in the United States is seeking a Secured Environments Senior Project Manager to lead capital projects that meet ICD-705/TEMPEST requirements, manage budgets and schedules, and serve as a strategic partner for clients in secured environments.

You will oversee multiple ground-up development and corporate interiors projects, coordinate consultants and contractors, drive value engineering, monitor KPIs, and ensure risk management and compliance across phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• 7-10 years of practical construction project management experience.
• 3-5 years leading secured environment projects meeting ICD-705/TEMPEST.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong accounting and financial reporting, budgeting and scheduling knowledge.
• Ability to read design and construction documents and lease reviews.
• Willingness to travel US and/or Canada; hybrid work model requires in-person days.

Responsibilities

• Support capital plan development and define project scope aligned with business goals.
• Develop detailed budgets with hard/soft costs and perform value engineering.
• Provide cross-functional budgeting, scheduling, permits, and design team management.
• Assemble teams of consultants and contractors and evaluate performance.
• Track KPIs and data metrics to drive cost savings and project success.
• Maintain client relationships and manage conflicts to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide on-site supervision and manage cash flows and monthly reports.
• Lead secured environment ground-up and corporate interiors projects meeting ICD-705/TEMPEST.
• Mitigate risks and adhere to the JLL playbook and security requirements.
• Demonstrate proficiency in space planning through all design phases.
• Share best practices across teams and clients; manage accounts receivables.
