Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is hiring a Secure Environments Senior Project Manager in Dallas for leading complex construction and corporate real estate projects within secured environments. You will manage from planning through closeout, guiding consultants and contractors while ensuring adherence to ICD-705 and TEMPEST standards.

You will drive capital planning alignment, build strong client partnerships, monitor risks, and deliver value engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 7–10 years of construction project management experience.
• 3–5 years managing projects with ICD-705 and TEMPEST standards.
• Proven track record leading multiple medium to large-scale ground-up development and corporate interiors projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project management delivery across secured environment construction projects from planning through completion.
• Support capital plan development and align delivery strategies with business goals.
• Develop budgets, cash flow forecasts, cost reports, and schedules while driving cost savings and value engineering.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams to meet milestones and quality standards.
• Provide technical oversight on design development, construction docs, permitting, and scheduling.
• Monitor risks, compliance, and liabilities including ICD-705 and TEMPEST requirements.
• Build client relationships through regular communications and conflict resolution support.
• Analyze KPIs and operational data to improve delivery performance and establish best practices.
