Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) in the United States is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead delivery on secured environment accounts, including capital plan development, budgeting, and risk management across multiple projects.

You will assemble teams of consultants and contractors, manage costs and schedules, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring compliance and adherence to JLL playbooks.

Qualifikationen

• 7-10 years of practical experience in construction project management preferred.
• 3-5 years working with secured environment projects meeting ICD-705 / TEMPEST requirements.
• Ability to develop and cultivate business relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• A strong working knowledge of accounting and financial reporting, budgeting, scheduling and processes as they relate to corporate real estate.
• Experience working with Landlords, developers and institutional owners.
• Knowledge and ability reading and understanding design development and construction documents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional manner and computer literacy.
• Ability to read commercial leases and support the Acquisition Manager and Legal to review leases and make valuable comments regarding Work Letters and other Exhibits and details of the prospective lease.
• Flexibility with work hours and travel to work in a hybrid model (up to three days in client offices).

• Directly responsible for overall project management delivery on account.
• Support Client with Capital Plan development & project scope.
• Develop project budget including hard and soft costs.
• Actively lead cost saves/avoidance and negotiations.
• Assemble and manage required teams of consultants and contractors.
• Maintain client relationships and manage conflict resolution.
• Provide on-site supervision to ensure project performance criteria are met.
• Develop relationships with consultants, contractors and vendors and evaluate their performance.
• Identify and address potential liabilities and risk, including risk and compliance for construction and following JLL playbook.
