Job summary

BELFOR is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Orlando, FL to lead restoration or construction projects on large, high-profile engagements. The role covers CAT responses, coordinating crews, and interfacing with estimators to keep projects on schedule and budget.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years in the field, strong knowledge of building codes, and proven sales capability to upsell additional services on projects exceeding a million dollars.

Qualifications

• Completion of BELFOR required New Hire Coursework.
• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Sales experience with upgrade/up-sell opportunities.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist other Sr. Project Managers and volunteer for CAT duty as possible.
• Advance knowledge of restoration and construction tracks and codes.
• Serve as role models for Superintendents.
• Sell and upgrade additional services on assigned projects.
• Communicate daily with Estimators on status, timelines, and issues.
• Manage large crews and projects with crew leaders and assistants.
• Read and manage blueprints; oversee projects exceeding $1M.
• Direct small crews in restoration focus and oversee projects over $1M.
