Job summary

BELFOR is seeking a Project Manager with restoration or construction focus to lead large and high-risk projects across regional or national scopes. You will support CAT duty, manage crews and subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while coordinating with estimators and customers.

Qualifications include strong project management, budgeting, scheduling, and documentation skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and adherence to BELFOR standards.

Qualifications

• Assist other PMs and Senior PMs and volunteer for CAT duty.
• Advance knowledge of building codes and local, state and federal regulations (Construction Track).
• Serve as role models for Superintendents.
• Sell and upgrade additional services on assigned project.
• Communicate daily with Estimators on project status and timeline adjustments.
• Continually improve core project management skills.
• Complete projects on time and on budget with documented customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate thorough understanding of all BELFOR service lines.
• Construction track: manage scope, schedule, safety, and quality control.
• Establish core project management capabilities like time management and budgeting.
• Review daily project requirements and document progress for managers.
• Provide field documentation, photo logs, graphs, and sketches for projects.
• Qualify vendors and subcontractors and guide through qualification process.
• Manage fixed bid and rate/material projects.
• Understand BELFOR invoicing and provide necessary documentation.
• Conduct daily vehicle safety and maintenance inspections.
