You will act as a BELFOR resource for regional and national assignments, coordinating crews, schedules, budgets, and safety measures while maintaining high standards of customer service.

The role offers opportunities to advance toward estimating responsibilities and requires strong communication with estimators and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing restoration or construction projects.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and budget multi‑million projects.
• Strong vendor management and subcontractor coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand BELFOR service lines and project scope.
• Manage projects above $1M in value.
• Coordinate crews, schedule work, and ensure safety and quality.
• Provide documentation like photos, graphs, and sketches.
• Maintain invoicing and documentation for project types.
