Job summary

BELFOR Property Restoration is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a restoration or construction focus to lead large, complex projects and high-profile environments. You will serve on BELFOR Cat teams following hurricanes and regional damage recovery efforts.

Senior PMs are eligible to become BELFOR estimators and will supervise crews, coordinate with estimators, manage budgets, and ensure timely project delivery. Strong industry experience and leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Completion of BELFOR required New Hire Coursework.
• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Sales experience and ability to upgrade services.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist other Sr. Project Managers and volunteer for CAT duty as possible.
• Advance knowledge of restoration and construction regulations.
• Serve as role models for Superintendents.
• Sell and upgrade additional services on assigned project.
• Communicate daily with Estimators on project status and timelines.
• Continually improve core project management skills.
• Ensure projects finish on time and on budget with customer satisfaction.
• Construction focus — plan, coordinate, and oversee employees and subcontractors.
