Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading restoration or construction projects.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and documentation for large projects.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate thorough understanding of BELFOR service lines.
• Lead construction track: scope, schedule, professional communication, safety, and quality control.
• Develop core project management capabilities: time management, budgeting, scheduling, site supervision, customer contact, communication, documentation, and change orders.
• Advance knowledge of construction practices and building codes.
• Review daily requirements, document progress, and inform managers of challenges.
• Provide field documentation, photo logs, graphs, and sketches for projects.
• Qualify vendors and subcontractors and guide them through qualification.
• Manage fixed bid and rate/material projects; understand BELFOR invoicing.
• Perform daily vehicle safety inspections and maintain equipment.
• Meet BELFOR standards for safeguarding property and customer service.
• Work to tight timelines; travel as needed; may require nights/weekends.
