Qualifications

• IICRC ASD designation for Water Damage related work
• Completion of BELFOR required New Hire Coursework
• Possess ability to operate a motor vehicle per BELFOR policy
• Must have 18 months as Intermediate Water Damage Specialist, intermediate Carpentry, or Intermediate Fire Damage Specialist or equivalent experience
• English language literacy and fluency
• Valid to operate a motor vehicle per BELFOR policy

Responsibilities

• Supervise and self-perform residential and light commercial work
• Manage projects up to $150K (Construction focus) or up to $50K (Restoration focus)
• Read blueprints and manage scope, schedule, and budgets
• Ensure project safety and quality control
• Maintain documentation, photos, graphs, and sketches
• Communicate with customers and respond to progress and challenges
• Travel and work nights and weekends as required
• Attend BELFOR training courses as required
• Supervise multiple crews across projects
• Document disposal options and release of liability
