Job summary

BELFOR Environmental is seeking a Project Manager focused on restoration or construction for large, high-risk projects. You will serve as a local/regional/national BELFOR resource for complex jobs and become eligible to grow into BELFOR estimators.

Responsibilities include managing scope, schedule, safety, quality, and documentation, while coordinating with estimators and vendors on diverse BELFOR initiatives. Occasional travel and after-hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction/restoration projects.
• Understanding of BELFOR service lines and project scope.
• Ability to manage time, budget, scheduling, safety, and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate thorough understanding of all BELFOR service lines.
• Construction focus: plan, coordinate, and oversee employees and subcontractors.
• Review daily project requirements, document progress, notify managers of issues.
• Manage and document rate and material projects; oversee safety and quality.
• Attend BELFOR training and work with estimators and CAT teams.
