Job summary

BELFOR in Orlando, FL is seeking an entry-level Superintendent on the Project Manager path, with restoration or construction focus. You will support project delivery, learning to estimate, schedule, and supervise crews while ensuring safety and quality.

Responsibilities include understanding program requirements, reviewing daily progress, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with managers to meet timelines and budgets. BELFOR offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Supervise residential and light commercial work
• Read and manage blue prints
• Eligible to operate a motor vehicle
• Carry current IICRC ASD designation for Water Damage

Responsibilities

• Superintendents assigned TPA program work must know all program requirements as well as Xactimate estimates and budgets
• Construction track -- understand scope, schedule work, communicate professionally, ensure project safety, and maintain quality control
• Establish core project management capabilities: time management, budgeting, scheduling, site supervision, customer contact, communication, quality control, safety, documentation, and change orders
• Review daily requirements of the projects, document progress and notify managers of progress and challenges
• Provide field documentation, photo logs, graphs and sketches for various TPA projects
• Must perform skills related to prior Intermediate Fire Damage, Water Damage, or Carpentry roles
• Meet BELFOR standards in safeguarding property and ensuring customer service
• Work nights and weekends as required and travel periodically
