Job summary

BELFOR USA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale restoration and construction projects in the Town of Florida, NY. You will manage crews, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while maintaining documentation and customer communication.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and adherence to codes and BELFOR standards. Night/weekend work and travel may be required to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated project management capability including budgeting, scheduling, site supervision and safety compliance.
• Ability to read blueprints and manage multiple crews and subcontractors.
• Experience coordinating with estimators/PMs and documenting changes, progress, and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate thorough understanding of BELFOR service lines and construction track.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee employees and subcontractors in all phases of work.
• Review project requirements, document progress, and communicate with managers.
