Job summary

BELFOR Property Restoration is seeking a Project Manager with restoration or construction focus to serve on BELFOR Cat teams after storms and other regional damage recovery efforts. The role may involve local, regional, or national projects and growth toward estimator duties.

Responsibilities include managing scopes, schedules, safety, quality, documentation, and customer relations across multi-project environments. Travel and occasional nights/weekends may be required as BELFOR standards apply.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong time management, budgeting, and scheduling skills.
• Proven ability to supervise sites and manage customer contact and communication.
• Emphasis on quality control, safety, and thorough documentation.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate thorough understanding of BELFOR service lines.
• Lead construction track: manage scope, schedule, communicate professionally, ensure safety and quality.
• Build core PM capabilities: time management, budgeting, scheduling, site supervision, customer contact, communication, quality control, safety, documentation, change orders.
• Advance knowledge of current construction practices.
