Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. seeks a Project Manager II in our EPC division to lead, execute, and support medium to large-scale engineering, procurement, and construction projects. You will mentor staff and coordinate with clients, project teams, and vendors to ensure success.

This senior PM role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and 5+ years of experience. Travel up to 100% and a strong track record in scheduling, budgeting, and safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage medium to large-scale EPC projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to align with goals, timelines, and budget.
• Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to provide updates and manage expectations.
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Manager I.
• Support PM III and Sr. PM with project constraints (LOD, ESA Phase 1, Buildable area, Hydrology).
• Review weekly labor and cost reports with field supervision.
• Lead project meetings and ensure compliance with specifications, safety, and quality.
