Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc in the United States is seeking a Project Manager II in our EPC division to lead medium to large‑scale renewable EPC projects, guiding planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.

You will mentor Assistant PMs, collaborate with clients and stakeholders, and ensure safety, quality, and on‑time delivery while aligning with project specs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management or a related role, preferably within the EPC industry.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage medium to large-scale EPC projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure alignment with project goals, timelines, and budget.
• Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to provide updates and manage expectations.
• Review weekly labor and job cost reports with field supervision to ensure accurate reporting.
• Direct the preparation of change quotations and negotiate with clients/subcontractors.
