Rosendin Electric, Inc. currently seeks a Senior Project Manager in our EPC division to direct multiple renewables projects, including BESS, substations, wind, and large solar sites. You will lead PM teams, manage client relations, and drive project success from inception to closeout.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering or related field and 10+ years of EPC PM experience. Travel up to 100% is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required.
• 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in EPC.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of EPC projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Manage PM team and coordinate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure QA/QC, safety, and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and value to clients.
• Monitor budgets, risks, and performance; report progress to senior management.
