Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc is seeking a Senior Project Manager in its EPC division to direct multi-discipline renewable energy projects including BESS, substations, wind, and large solar deployments. You will lead a team of PMs, coordinate with owners, vendors, and engineers, and drive successful project execution from inception to closeout.

The role emphasizes strong governance, safety, QA/QC, and adherence to regulatory requirements while delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business administration or related field.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills for complex EPC projects.
• Experience leading project teams and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of EPC projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Lead and mentor project managers and assistants to achieve project outcomes.
• Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for added value.
