Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Senior Project Manager to direct and financially drive multiple EPC projects, including BESS, substations, wind, DG, and a large solar project. You will lead a team of PMs, manage client relationships, and ensure project success from inception to completion.

This role emphasizes VE options, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with design partners, owners, and stakeholders to meet scope, budget, and schedule while growing the business and mentoring the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business administration or a related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools is expected (Primavera P6, MS Project, MS Office).
• Experience mentoring and managing others is a plus and business development exposure is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with focus on quality, safety and customer satisfaction is essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage EPC projects within defined scope, budget and schedule.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to understand goals and requirements.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery with a focus on profitability and safety.
• Coordinate with design partners, vendors and internal teams for VE options.
• Mentor project management staff and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure QA/QC, regulatory compliance and proper documentation.
