Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager II-EPC in Southern California. You will lead medium to large EPC projects, coordinating teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.

The role requires mentoring junior staff and overseeing design, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning activities. The position emphasizes ownership, safety, quality, and client satisfaction within a growing, employee-owned EPC organization with a strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management or a related role, preferably within the EPC industry.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, MS Office Suite).
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic and challenging work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to large-scale EPC projects from planning through handover.
• Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, vendors and suppliers.
• Maintain regular client and stakeholder communications and manage expectations.
• Mentor and train Assistant PMs and PM I.
• Support design, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Prepare cost reports and manage budgets and change orders.
