MustardSeed PMO is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across multiple projects within time, budget, and quality targets.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and guide multidisciplinary teams to drive outcomes that align with client needs and regulatory requirements. The role focuses on establishing solid PM practices, managing scope, risks and schedules, and ensuring consistent outputs across project phases.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of project management experience in complex, regulated or multi-industry environments.
• Strong strategic and tactical thinking across product, technical and cross-functional issues.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure effective communication within and between organizations across project phases.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor progress, scope, schedule, and costs.
• Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility.
• Conduct risk assessments, covering budget, timelines and technology risks.
• Embed appropriate delivery methodologies aligned with project and business constraints.
• Apply Program Management Best Practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track performance to achieve short and long-term goals.
• Meet budget objectives and adjust constraints based on financial analysis.
