Job summary

Milliman in the United States is seeking a Senior Project Manager within the Global Corporate Services PMO. This advanced individual contributor leads multiple medium- to large-scale initiatives from initiation to delivery, coordinating with Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Marketing, and third‑party partners to translate strategic objectives into executable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• PMP certification and seven or more years of progressive project management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional, high-complexity initiatives with accountability for outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent, cross-functional projects of high complexity within scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Guide projects through full lifecycle: intake, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, implementation, adoption, and closure.
• Create and maintain integrated project plans, budgets, and resource plans.
• Establish governance and apply waterfall, hybrid, or agile practices as needed.
• Identify risks and dependencies, communicate status to executives, and take corrective action.
• Ensure operational readiness and transition to business and technology owners.
• Mentor less-experienced PMs and contribute to PMO standards and governance.
