Job summary

Rubrik Professional Services is seeking a high-energy, strategic Senior Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise client implementations and shape the future of our delivery practice. You will be customer-facing, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure deployment success, business value realization, and operational efficiency, while mentoring other PMs and contributing to our PMO governance.

This role requires 8+ years of project management experience, PMP, and deep knowledge of PM tools; a

Qualifications

8+ years of direct Project Management experience delivering enterprise technical projects.
PMP certification.
Experience building or scaling PMO governance models with AI and standard delivery methods.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex client engagements in a fast-paced tech environment.
Mentoring and developing junior to mid-level PMs.
Expert knowledge of modern PM tools (Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Asana) and Google Workspace.
Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise projects from kickoff to sign-off.
Manage scope, milestones, resources, deadlines, and budgets.
Identify, track, and mitigate risks and dependencies.
Serve as single point of contact for executives and cross-functional teams.
Ensure quality and performance meet Rubrik standards and objectives.
Partner with leadership to build and refine PMO governance and processes.
Mentor associate and mid-level PMs; share best practices across the team.
