Job summary

Humana seeks a Senior Project Manager to support Wisconsin Medicaid Market modernization and regulatory initiatives, reporting to the Associate Director, Project Management. You will manage PM efforts across audits, schedules, and resources, coordinating with internal teams and external auditors to drive timely remediation.

Responsibilities include planning, stakeholder communication, and ensuring alignment with contracts and policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of project management, business, operational, or technical experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent demonstrated PM leadership and PMO standards experience.
• Must reside within Wisconsin or a neighboring state commutable to WI (MN, IA, IL, MI).

Responsibilities

• Oversees projects for the Wisconsin Market Compliance Department with a primary focus on internal and external audits.
• Designs, communicates, and implements an operational plan for completing projects, monitoring progress and performance against the project plan.
• Identify, develop, and gather the resources to complete the project.
• Prepare work specifications, develop project schedules with staff and external contractors.
• Coordinate communication with external auditors and prepare internal associates for audit interactions.
• Review audit findings and coordinate remediation plans with departments.
