Job summary

Humana seeks a Senior Project Manager to support Wisconsin Medicaid Market projects, audits, and regulatory initiatives. You will report to the Associate Director and guide PMO standards, working with internal teams and external partners.

The role begins January 2027 and includes remote work with occasional in-office collaboration. You will lead audits, coordinate resources, and maintain project schedules while communicating progress to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in project management, business, operational, or technical roles.
• PMO standards experience and building organizational project management maturity.
• Must reside in WI or a neighboring state commutable to WI (MN, IA, IL, MI).

Responsibilities

• Oversee Wisconsin Market Compliance audits and related projects.
• Design and implement operational plans, monitor progress, and resolve delays.
• Coordinate resources and develop project schedules with staff and contractors.
• Communicate status via meetings and reports; manage priorities and milestones.
• Identify audit requirements, gather data, and support remediation plans.
