Job summary

Humana seeks a Senior Project Manager to support Wisconsin Medicaid Market initiatives and system modernization projects. You will report to the Associate Director, Project Management, and provide PM support for audits, regulatory changes, and enterprise initiatives.

The role requires PMP certification, 5+ years of PM experience, and residence within WI or neighboring commutable states. Travel is minimal; workstyle is remote with optional Humana office collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of project management, business, operational, or technical experience.
• PMP certification required.
• 1+ years leading project management best practices, contributing to PMO standards, and building organizational project management maturity.
• Must reside within WI or a neighboring state commutable to WI (MN, IA, IL, MI).

Responsibilities

• Oversees projects for the Wisconsin Market Compliance Department with focus on audits.
• Designs and implements an operational plan for completing projects and tracks progress.
• Identify, develop, and allocate resources to complete the project.
• Prepare work specifications and schedules with staff and external contractors.
• Coordinate resources and contributions from other operational areas.
• Conduct meetings and prepare status reports.
• Set priorities and coordinate staff to meet milestones.
• Identify audit requirements and prepare data for audits.
• Coordinate with external auditors and remediate audit findings.
